For more than 3 decades the Upper Arlington Civic Association would work along with the Upper Arlington Police Department and the City to paint the stars that line Northwest Boulevard. Recently the City put in more permanent stars and there was no need to repaint them every year. Below are photos from the time spent painting Northwest Boulevard
Star painting is open until April 30th
Painting will occur on May 4th (rain date of May 11th)
The star or bear will be centered at the end of your driveway.
Painting dates are weather dependent and may continue the week following the scheduled date if the volunteers do not finish on the first day. You will not be notified of the exact time and date of the volunteers arrival.

- $200 Upper Arlington Flag (Golden Bear centered between two white stars)
- $50 for ONE Red, Blue or White star See photo for reference
