Santa is coming to visit the children of UA!
Make sure you are ready November 7th at 6am to sign up to see Santa and experience Christmas in the Park! Christmas in the Park is held at Thompson Park and will run from Sunday, December 8th – Thursday, December 12th. Registered families will enjoy crafts and snacks in the north shelter house before taking a festive trolley to the south shelter where they will have a personalized visit with Santa.
This year we are accepting registrations by family, PLEASE SIGN UP ONE PERSON PER FAMILY. Registration will fill up quickly! Please only bring immediate family (grandparents welcomed) due to space capacity on the trolley. There will be a waitlist for those families that do not get in. Please add your name to the waitlist and we will contact you if spots become available. Many families on the waitlist will get in due to cancelations so please add your name if you are interested.
Christmas in the Park is an event run by the volunteer directors of the Upper Arlington Civic Association. To register for this event, you must be a current UACA member. A family membership is $50 and helps to fund this event and others put on by the UACA throughout the year. UACA reserves the right to remove any registrant that has not paid for their 2024 membership. If you are not a current member but would like to join, please visit uaca.org to become a member today!
Registration opens on Thursday, November 7th at 6am.

- Spots fill quickly so be there logged in promptly at 6am
- Sign up for waitlist if you don't get in, we try to accommodate as many families as possible
- Once signed up – please print and complete the liability waiver below
Christmas in the Park

Liability Waiver: Please print and complete the Liability Waiver Form for each registered child, and bring it with you to the check-in counter for your visit.
DIRECTIONS: Please arrive at the NORTH shelter house 10-15 minutes before your scheduled visit.
RAIN OR SHINE: This event takes place RAIN or SHINE so please dress appropriately and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot regardless of weather. Time slots will not be shifted due to weather as Santa cannot accommodate delays and to be fair to all patrons of the event!
